Grades 7-12

As students near adulthood, their needs for musical education change and develop. Some may be interested in extending their appreciation of classical music, while others may be looking toward a career in music. We've developed programs and opportunities for students in middle and high school to extend their abilities and knowledge of music.

The DSO Teen Council is a body of musically passionate teens who advise DSO artistic leadership on what is important to Dallas area teens, and act as ambassodors for the DSO and classical music to their friends and peers.

If you are a teen in the DFW area with orchestral experience and a track record of proven leadership, the DSO Teen Council may just be the opportunity you've been looking for. Click Here for more information and an application form.
